Due to the custom nature of creative and marketing services:
- All service payments are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
- Refund requests made before work starts may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Monthly or subscription-based services can be canceled according to agreed billing terms but are not retroactively refundable.
2. Digital Products
Digital products include downloadable resources, templates, tools, or digital content.
- All digital product sales are final
- No refunds or exchanges are provided once access or download has been granted
3. Physical Products
Physical products may include equipment, merchandise, or accessories.
Refunds or exchanges may be considered if:
- The product arrives damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and include proof (photos or order details).
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our part.
